UCD SLLSCThis new student complex will boast state-of-the-art facilities for Debating, Drama, Society Rooms, Presentations, Cinema, Media, Meetings and a significantly developed Student Health Service. A new 50m swimming pool, with an extensive relaxation zone and fitness suite will be at the core of the project.

This new facility will be located between the current Student Centre and Sports Centre buildings. Both of these existing buildings will be integrated into the new Centre, providing all round access across a new Sports / Leisure / Services complex.

The enabling works is complete with the building scheduled to be open in early 2011.

IFS have been appointed as the Construction Handover Documentation (Digital Project Health & Safety File) Coordinator by UCD on this prestigious Project and will produce a client specific Digital Safety File for handover and installation on UCD Building & Estates Department', IFS Digital Project Manual™ PRO application server following Project Completion.
