IFS Digital Project Manual™ - provides the Construction Team with a specialised technical service during the course of construction resulting in the delivery of a well populated and functional Digital Health & Safety File (IFS Digital Project Manual™) on project completion and handover to the client.

IFS focus on clearly communicating with each of the Project Members across muit- disciplinary teams and on collating project specific Construction Handover Documentation in a well coordinated and controlled environment, from the design consultants to the main contractor, domestic contractors, nominated sub-contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and installation specialists. We cover all design elements and building systems inclusive of essential operational procedures.

Using our ISO 9001:2008 Accredited Quality Management System, our proven reviews, approvals and sign-off procedures ensures the integrity of the information and allows us to deliver in a timely manner linked directly to the construction programme.

IFS Digital Project Manual™ - Technical Services, provide for the:

> Project Construction Handover Documentation (O&M Manuals, Domestic Sub-contractor Handover Packages, Design Team content, Suppliers/Vendors documentation) to be collated using a highly structured documentation collation methodology

> IFS Digital Project Manual™ to be delivered in a client specific and approved table of contents, structured for the project

> Project handover tool, IFS Digital Project Manual™ to be of the highest quality and built to the clients specific requirements, this is attributable to an improved review, validation and approvals process

We work with the key members of the project team and report performance against key milestones as the project progresses towards practical completion. We also address the client/end-user requirements from the project outset and facilitate a more effective transition of the project from the Construction Team to the Client and into Facilities Management Operations.
