Project Set-up - Protocols

The key to the successful deployment of project collaboration on construction projects is the effective set-up and maintenance of defined project protocols. These protocols are agreed with the key stakeholders on the Construction Project Team and are then customised for the project within the IFS Projects Live™ environment. The project protocols address, access rights to the system, defined task management and documentation workflows and appropriate notifications administration. The project protocols also address defined business rules for document naming conventions, assigning document metadata and project communications such as Requests for Information and e-mail etc.

Project Information Management

IFS can provide support to the project team throughout the cycle of the construction project and can assist with setting up and loading content to the on-line environment as required, we can also assist with archiving existing content and with the maintenance and administration of the overall content throughout the project cycle.
