Support Services
Training
We provide training for admin users and primary users who have defined roles on the project; our system is intuitive and user friendly at all levels with users having access to on-line chapter based help guides and visual tutorials. Training is provided at the outset to project team members and throughout the project programme, an outline training programme is approved during the set-up phase and this is updated for the duration of the project as required.
Support
We provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which addresses guaranteed up-time, resilience, recovery, failover and data protection. Clients also avail of helpdesk support and will be assigned a dedicated support team for the duration of the project.
