The final speaker of the day was Ken Kennedy head of IT for John Sisk & Son, the Main Contractor on the Aviva Stadium project. Ken gave a summary presentation on the Information Technology and associated services that John Sisk & Son implemented on the project, Ken outlined how IT played a critical role right through the overall project lifecycle, from inception through to Design, Constuction and Handover to the Aviva Stadium management team. During his presentation Ken made reference to IFS’ key role in implementing their IFS Digital Project Manual™ technical service & solution, managing all the Construction Handover Documentation throughtout the project on behalf of John Sisk & Son, Ken also highlighetd how this information would be a crucial as-built reference for the future lifecycle and opeartions of the stadium by the Aviva Stadium management team.

IFS were appointed by John Sisk & Son as the Construction Handover Documentation Coordinator for the AVIVA Stadium Project. IFS’ role was to implement their award winning IFS Digital Project Manual™ to ensure a smooth transition of the Digital Construction Handover Documentation Package to the Aviva Stadium management team.
