The NUIG Buildings Office receive vast amounts of Construction Handover Documentation after each capital poject whch is vital to the handover, maintenance and operation of each building. Often boxes of unmanageable project documentation were being issued sometimes months after project completion with large amount of information often missing and the correct information was not being submitted. NUIG introduced a specification for a Digital Project Safety File to be compiled, reviewed and built to the NUIG Buildings Office requirements.
