Dundrum Town Centre
Dundrum Town Centre is one of the biggest urban regeneration projects ever to take place in Ireland and is one of the biggest retail developments of its kind in Europe, this landmark site, some 20 Acres in size and with some 2 million Sq.ft of prime retail space forms a hub of vibrant socio-economic activity in this South County Dublin suburb. The centre include high profile anchor tenants House of Fraser, Marks & Spencer, Penney’s, Tesco and Next.
Digital Handover
We delivered a comprehensive digital handover solution to the main anchor tenants as well as issuing an agreed generic format of the Digital Handover File to over 100 non-anchor tenants who took occupancy at the centre in the months leading up to project completion. IFS also completed a Digital Handover File for the Town Centre management team and for a number of satellite retail building and civic amenities which were completed at the site up to overall project completion in 2009.
