IFS appoints new BIM Lead and Asset Lifecycle Lead to support growing demand from Owners & Operators

Integrated Facilities Solutions (IFS) is delighted to welcome two new members to its award-winning team. Michael Crimin joins the company as the new BIM Lead and Dan O’Gorman takes on the role of Asset Lifecycle Lead.

Michael is leading BIM and Digital Information Management for IFS, with over 30 years successfully delivering projects from inception to completion on an array of new and existing buildings.

Michael holds an MSc in Building Information Modelling and Management and will be using this knowledge and his experience to assist IFS, inform project stakeholders, clients and FM of the enhanced value of applying BIM Standards and processes to deliver 3D models and digital structured data for the full lifecycle of the facility.

Dan will be supporting IFS with a strategic focus and strategies for Asset Lifecycle Management for each project’s stage from Inception and Briefing – Design and Construction – Commissioning and Handover – Initial Aftercare – FM and Operations.

Dan brings a wide array of experience in Construction, FM, MRO procurement and Business Operations gained over 40 years’ working for international companies. Dan is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Prince 2 Qualified PM and has an M.Sc. degree in Asset and Facilities Management.
