Where do we get your personal information from

Information request - if you requested information regarding our products or services we may save your contact details and name to enable us to communicate our offerings with you.

User directories and service related communication - if you are past or current user of our product / service we may save your basic contact details (name, job title, email address and phone number) in order to enable smooth communication and provide you with the best service possible.

Company office / Secretary - we may obtain your contact information from your office or company secretary who we inform transparently about reasons why we seek your contact information.

Colleague - we may obtain your contact information from your colleagues who assessed that we have a legitimate reason to contact you.

Publicly available sources - e.g. company website, government procurement website, etc.

Industry database or directory provider - we can obtain some personal information from industry database or directory which provide market reports and industry insights​. We always make sure that the provider obtained your data legally. We always inform you about the provider from who we obtained your personal information. In case you object against your personal data being processed we also make sure to inform the provider.
