We provide training for admin users and primary users on your projects and across your design and construction supply chain. Training is provided at the outset to project team members and throughout the project programme, an outline training programme is approved during the set-up phase and this is updated for the duration of the project as required, post-handover we provide training to your operations and Facilities Management teams and to your Facilities Management contractors.
We provide support agreements which address guaranteed up-time, resilience, recovery, fail-over and data protection. Clients also have access to our application support team help-desk and are assigned a dedicated business support team for the duration of projects and into the operational lifecycle. On completion of projects IFS support customers through Annual Software Maintenance & Support Agreements, this includes software updates, technical support, training and change control for content updates.
Our support agreements also address business continuity and disaster recovery planning requirements as all client information is backed-up in our data suites and off-site in our secure data-centre locations.
